Currently playing movie need remembered on browser restart

Not sure if this is a bug report or a feature request.

I'm watching a movie and need to restart my browser (or PC).  When the browser reloads the tab, the movie does not load.  The url path is just:

web/index.html#!/videoosd/videoosd.html

I assume there's not enough information retained between browser sessions. 

Would also be nice if it remembered the last playback point.
