westb182 1 Posted June 15, 2020 Posted June 15, 2020 I have emby installed on my Synology DS1515+ and in the Synology Package Center Today I went to update it to 4.4.3.0-1 and it was stuck on updating. I left it for an hour and rebooted the server. Now it's trying to repair itself, but it has been repairing for the past hour. And now I can't uninstall it as I'm getting a "The operation failed" message. How can I fix this?

westb182 1 Posted June 16, 2020 Author Posted June 16, 2020 I went ahead and re-installed it with the synology packages. I'm not sure if I should continue using that method or just migrate over to docker.
westb182 1 Posted June 17, 2020 Author Posted June 17, 2020 Seems the synology package one is all corrupt. Tried to restore the backup, and it did except it made 3x the libraries. And now it doesn't accept my username/password. Ill just use the docker version
