Series Link on 2 Channels Out of 10

I have a problem where I want to series link from 2 channels, e.g. Series1 is available on Channels1-10, but I only want it to record on Channel1 and Channel2. Can I do this? When I set the series link I specify Channel1, but when I go to add it for Channel2 it just opens the same series link.

Is this possible, or is the only option to record it on all channels or only 1? I realise I could set manual recordings but it's not really an answer.

Hi.  Right now you can only specify the one channel that program is on or any channel.
