Thumbnail images interval

I have recently migrated my emby server and in doing so upgraded to 4.4.3.0 and have noticed an issue with thumbnails.

In the past i had many options including 30 seconds and i believe some others (30 seconds i found was the sweet spot) however when i look now at my settings in the library i only get the choice of “chapter markers“ or “10 seconds”.

Is this by design or is it a bug?
