API or Ability to Stream Links from APK in Emby Server?

This is probably a stretch but does Emby have the ability to stream links from a Showbox type android app or Streaming website?

Not debating whether its moral or not. Just curious about the functionality.

For example an API or something to integrate an existing android app like any of these  https://apktime.com/ apps  into the Server as source video? Or stream from a website like one of these? https://www2.watchserieshd.tv or https://ww5.fmovie.sc (watchseries or Fmovies) 

Not that its legal i'm just curious if something like this or close is possible.

If it's a native streaming file and can be played back (as a test) in just your web browser then you can setup a STRM file in Emby which is a placeholder.  You can do this for TV Shows or Movies added directly to your library.
