Cannot create new user

Hi,  When trying to create a new user I do not get the first screen (shown below) asking to add user.  Please advise. Tom

That's the old way to add users.  It's different and more refined now where you create a user and optionally add an Emby Connect user to the account.

I'll update the knowledge base with a current picture and description but it's pretty straight forward.
