Can't start MB3 on new machine

I'm using MediaBrowser Server already for a long time; now a days on a Windows Server 2012 R2/Quad-core Xeon-CPU with 16GB RAM and a lot of storage: sofar it worked perfectly, but now, it doesn't start anymore (I've checked already severaltimes and even rebooted the complete server): restarting Mediabrowser ends with an 1053 error..... HELP !
