Emby Pin Issue and Licence Query

Hi,

I need some help, whatever appears to have happened with your update last night all of my Emby users are showing Pin numbers on there screen this morning, at least a large majority of them and more are messaging me daily.

I looked on my panel and the server is still showing over 480 Devices as I have a 500 Premiere Licence key but even though they are all valid on my server why is it the users are having to repin their devices, is this a glitch or something to do with whatever changes you made in the backend.

On a separate note can an Emby Premiere key be used on more than one Emby server? For example could I upgrade to a 1,000 Licence device limit and use the premiere key on more than one server or is a Premiere key only allowed on one Emby server max?

Hi.  Some of the changes we made may require some people to re-login but that is all that should be required.  There should be no impact on your license or device count.

Yes but the limit applies to the key, not the server.
