Issues with playing file on iPhone using LTE on emby app

I have a strange problem with emby app on my IPhone 11 Pro if I play any movie from the emby app with my LTE network it keeps buffering but if I use the safari browser to play I have no issues it play perfect emby loads quick if I turn on my WiFi and play using emby It plays perfect No issues

I try detect play I tray transcoding to 720 at 1MBPS stil the same issue when using the emby app connected to LTE.
