My friend will start using linux for work and she is a technology enthusiast, although she knows barely nothing, she wants to learn. I planned explaining to her how linux works in a nutshell, but i don't really know how to start or what are the core concepts to focus, i learned though attempt and error finding answers with friends and forums, so my knowledge is quite fragmentated. Do you guys have any tips or source materials to reccomend?

If you google "introduction to linux", it looks like there's a number of great videos on youtube that you could have them watch.

I started with open source software that was easier or better than the complexities of Windows programs.
