Episodes not sorting into Seasons correctly

I have the DVD version of Dragonball Kai and have DVD order selected as metadata choice. my format goes as follows I have a folder titled with the seasons and episodes within them like this.

 

Season 1
S01E01

S01E02

 

My issue is some are being moved to different seasons and when i go to the file and edit the metadata just for that file it shows the correct season number and episode but it places it into the wrong season.

For instance this is season 2 and near the end of the season it shows episode 3 of of season five there

And here you can see the metadata is correct and shows the correct season and episodes but still shows up in season 2

Also I just noticed the files that are in the wrong season folder are showing up in the correct season folder as well so i dont know why its showing it in two location even

Minus me testing this series, my best guess is that order only appears on TVDB website and can not be pulled from their API.  If that is the case there is nothing we can do until TVDB releases v4 of their api as discussed on their forum and other DVD order topics on our forum.

 

What providers do you have enable and what order do you have them in?  As TVDB and TMDB appear to provide different information.  S05E03 are different in each site.

I have all default providers enabled and regardless of which i choose it does the same thing so I guess im just waiting for the new api......is there a manual way of correcting this?
