[Auto Organize] Scans multiple directories

I have an Issue with Auto Organize scanning through multiple folders when i only want it to Scan 1 Folder.

 

I have

/Multimedia

/Movies

/Qbit

/QbitTV

/Music

/Pictures

 

I have Qbit setup so TV shows will save to QbitTV and Movies into Qbit and i have Auto organize set only to rename Movies and not TV shows.

 

However I have AC set to look in /Qbit but it also looks inside QbitTV and grabs the TV show and renames it to some random movie.

 

How can i stop TV renaming when it is already not activated?
