Get devices for user

Is there a way that a user can get a list of all their devices?

I know I could use the /Devices endpoint and filter all devices that match a UserId, but that is only accessible to administrators, and I want something that is accessible to anyone with a non-administrator account

 

Is such data possible to retrieve?

I could add a userid param but the api is still only available to admins.
