External users can't connect to Emby server`

Hi

Four days ago, no external users can connect to my server.  I am able to access the server only if i am connected to my own wifi.

 

IT novice here.  Been running emby for years without any issue and I'm not sure why all of a sudden it won't work. 

Tried unistalling and reinstalling emby apps, deleted and recreated new server, and that is about the limits of my IT skills

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!!

Check your port forwarding on your router and Windows Firewall.

I'm sure there's many posts over the years regarding this.

 

Go to https://emby.media click support and then search for firewall. Under connectivity you should see some instructions.
