Android app unable to connact remotely but can connect via Web App

Hi All,

 

I have a strange one

A user told me they couldn't connect via Android TV remotely

So I tested remotely from my phone using the Android phone app and I couldn't connect

Then I tested from my phone using the web browser and it worked

 

I can see the connection from the Android TV app in the logs but it starts with HTTP response 200 and 204 then 404 as well

 

I am completely stumped, I don't think it is an issue with my router as it seems to work for the web browser and I haven't made any changes that I can think of

As a matter of fact, the only change within Emby I have made over the past day was adding music

 

EDIT: I have attached all logs

EDIT2: I have a copy of the remote IP coming from the Android TV if needed

Hi.  Make sure the IP address shown on the dashboard of your server for WAN access is the same one that is working in your browser.

Everything was working perfectly fine prior to yesterday, this isn't a new install

I use a reverse proxy and have a static IP set in my domain DNS

 

If I use the domain name in the browser it works but not the app for some strange reason

 

EDIT: As for the ports, they are all correct too
