You used our "Send Logs" button, correct?  Did you get a popup saying "Log sent to developer"?

I don't have a log anywhere in that timeframe.

@ebrYes, I did get the "log sent to developer" pop-up. It seemed to work as advertised.

I install emby app for android tv ,after login app crashed  I checked with two other device they are ok.

Okay, so not a true Android TV box.  I assume it doesn't use Google's standard launcher.  This app is expecting some components in the standard Android TV launcher that are not there in your OS.  The second time you run, do you get to a select server or user screen?  If so, can you press the "Send logs" button on that screen?
