Movie starting 10-15 secs in

I noticed that on about 4 new movies I added to Emby (MKV files), that when I select the movie to start, they are not starting at the beginning but rather about 10-15 secs in.  Have no idea why because none of my other movies or tv shows are doing it.

 

Any ideas as to why??

What is the best way to check this?

 

Weird thing is, its not doing this when I test it using the Windows interface, its only doing it on my iPad.  Will have to make sure its not doing it in my Home Theater with the Shield TV Pro
