Question about transcoding quality

Hi ive been playing with setting up a emby server. Im trying to use it combined with the emby client running on my tv on webos2.

For this to work emby wants to transcode most things that have subtitles. This is fine. The problem i have is that the quality of the transcoded result has pretty bad blurring during active scenes. The main example ive been using for myself for comparison is a hevc main 10 file that i guess gets transcoded to h.264.

I also tried preconverting the file but it has the same issues. Is there something i can do to improve the image quality?word counter VidMate Mobdro
