Error saving Thumbnails

Hi,

 

so I am completely new to this Environment and I don't know that to do.

 

I installed Emby Server on a Raspberry with Raspian. At first everything looked ok. Then I saw, that some TV Shows don't have the correct images displayed, so I identified them and all the information was found. On the next day, all the pictures were gone. Tried again, same problem.

 

All the files should be downloaded to the media folder, but there are only 0kbs files. Instead the images are saved on the raspberry.

But when I access Emby with the Browser, there are only a few Shows that are displayed right. (If I identify again, everything ok -> next day gone)

 

I tried do find the mistake, but I dont know what exactly the problem is. I found this line in the log file:

2020-05-27 11:37:24.086 Error ProviderManager: IOException saving to smb://192.168.178.48/Serien/Serien/Fear.the.Walking.Dead/Fear.the.Walking.Dead.S01/Fear.the.Walking.Dead.S01E01-thumb.jpg. The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.. Will retry saving to /var/lib/emby/metadata/library/06/061ed03bcaa63e81b1ce44e4a30ffc4f/poster.jpg

In the file there are many Errors recording... don't know why and how to solve this.

Hi, instead of setting up the library with an smb share, try mounting the share to a local path using the mounting tools in the os. Then add the local path into server. Please see if that helps. Thanks.
