Only able to play six seconds at a time

Worked fine for 4:26, then paused itself. Resumed it, it paused itself at 4:32. Same at 4:38.

 

When it does pause, there's no way to un-pause. I have to back out to the film details page and resume from there. I can click "play" on the OSD, and the icon changes to the pause icon, but no playback occurs, it just stays frozen.

 

Direct streaming locally, apparently with a two-minute transcode buffer.
