Change colour of some green background

Hi, me again,

 

Am wondering if someone please knows how to change this green stuff (which I've managed to make pale by applying a grayscale to it) to blue.

 

I'm talking about the pale green tick boxes and Save commands etc throughout the Dashboard -

 

e.g. the transcoding page
