Connection Problems

Hey Guys,

My Emby Server Cant Load the Plugin Caterlog, The Metadata of new Movies and gives me this Error Message on my Dashboard
Cancelling connection to https://www.mb3admin.com/admin/service/EmbyPackages.json due to a previous timeout.

For People they have The Same Problem: 
In my Case the Problem was the Program Hamatchi.
If you have the Same Problem just uninstall it.
