Ability to add content for all users to see in web and also app

Hi guys

 

I was wanting to know if there is an easy way to add a custom text box to display everywhere on the app and the web version, what i want to do is add some text so my family can see it, so i can type recommendations or other info,

 

so far i cant seem to find a good spot to add it in the css or files. any thoughts? Even if it was a link or header text i could link it off to another html or even a website.

Even adding a link to discord next to home would be amazing.

I use html links (only in the web application) but it could be text too. Is that something you suggested?
