Emby not starting on fresh install of centos

Forgive me if this issue has been posted somewhere else as Ive searched all over and couldn't find anything that helped. I just reinstalled centos 7 and installed the latest stable version of Emby. No mater what I've tried to do it will not start. Out of frustration I installed centos 8 and installed the lasted bata version from the download page and it still will not start. I've been running an Emby server for years and I've never had this problem before. below is the output from the service status of Emby.

Was the path to /var/lib/emby created? It's the emby home directory owned by emby:emby. The errors in your log appear to be related to permissions for file access and creation.

Yeah It was a permissions issue. I added the correct permissions and now the server it running perfectly.

Boa noite...instalei meu servidor emby no Centos 8 e o servidor não quer iniciar de jeito nem um.

algum pode mim ajudar.
