Installed on a Win Srv 2019 with gtx1050.I figured out that I need premiere to transcode with the gpu.So I ordered premiere last night with my hotmail address.Didnt received anything.I found that hotmail can be an issue.So I contacted billing support to get my key and change my hotmail to my gmail.No answer.Any clue how much time does it take to get the license key normally?Sorry for the spelling, english is not my first language.Have a nice day folks !Thank you !
DarrenClimie-Newman 6 Posted May 17, 2020 Posted May 17, 2020 Emby are having issues with email across a number of different providers, I suspect they are focusing on fixing this issue, as Emby Premiere and Emby Connect are 2 very important functions for the overall platform. You may have to wait a little while. I too am waiting for a fix as I have 2 users who cannot connect remotely without Emby Connect Sent from my SM-G970F using Tapatalk

He can do that in your other topic you created as well as privately. What's going on here is a different issue that is specific to Microsoft email domains. Thanks.

You would have to make a request on the forum to delete the account as it is a forum account also. Same for changing the username. As for email, one would log into the forum and go to there username at the top of the forum, click and select my profile, the click edit profile, then email and password.

If you can not get it via Forgot key on Dashboard-Emby Premiere then there is a email or spam trap issues I would assume. 1
