Emby Premiere ordering delay?

Hello community,

Just switched from Plex to Emby.

So far so good. Installed on a Win Srv 2019 with gtx1050.

I figured out that I need premiere to transcode with the gpu.

So I ordered premiere last night with my hotmail address.

Didnt received anything.

I found that hotmail can be an issue.

So I contacted billing support to get my key and change my hotmail to my gmail.

No answer.

Any clue how much time does it take to get the license key normally?

Emby are having issues with email across a number of different providers, I suspect they are focusing on fixing this issue, as Emby Premiere and Emby Connect are 2 very important functions for the overall platform.

 

You may have to wait a little while. I too am waiting for a fix as I have 2 users who cannot connect remotely without Emby Connect

Ok, hotmail and outlook are both on the Microsoft platform, so that is why. Gmail is definitely fine though. I have confirmed this personally.

It doesn't for me... i have a user set up with Gmail account, I can log in to the forum buy Emby Connect fails.

 

Can the usernames have spaces and the '&' symbol?

 

How can you delete an Emby Connect account or change the username and/or email?

Ok I think we're talking about two different things here. @@cayars can jump on and help with your Emby Connect problem with gmail. He can do that in your other topic you created as well as privately.

 

What's going on here is a different issue that is specific to Microsoft email domains. Thanks.

Realistically I want to use tye hotmail and outlook domains fir Emby Connect, I'm happy to temporarily use Gmail, as long as I'm able to change the email when it's fixed?

Are you talking about completely deleting an account or just removing it from your server?

 

You would have to make a request on the forum to delete the account as it is a forum account also.  Same for changing the username.  As for email, one would log into the forum and go to there username at the top of the forum, click and select my profile, the click edit profile, then email and password.

Only @@ebr or billing support can help with that.  This is a issue when to many things are discussed in one topic.  If you can not get it via Forgot key on Dashboard-Emby Premiere then there is a email or spam trap issues I would assume.
