Locking device while playing livetv screen

I noticed that when you lock your device screen with the power button and unlock it, Emby clears the buffer and skips you ahead to the actual (live) position of the stream on the server. This is problematic when, say, you've paused the video for some amount of time, so when you lock your device and unlock it, emby moves you to the actual (live) position of the stream causing you to lose your progress

 

Play LiveTV stream -> pause for some amount of time -> lock device -> unlock device; you'll see that you're not where you left off, but rather the live position of the stream
