Emby not able to find folder in Ubuntu

I have a plex server running that successfully accesses folders across 2 internal drives in my Ubuntu server. I am trying to do the same with Emby but emby will only see ONE of the drives. They are both mounted and showing up in /mnt/ for plex, but I am unable to browse to it in emby. Emby is installed under the same user with same privileges. Any help?

It's the runtime user that's important and EmbyServer usually runs under the emby user and group. Make sure the emby user has access to the path where your media is.
