Media conversion failing - is it timestamp related?

Hi,

I have set up a library with automatic conversion, so that new files recorded from a HDHomeRun network tuner (UK Terrestrial Broadcast) are converted to the TV profile.  this has been working OK for a while, but I am now getting failures.  The log file is attached, but to me untrained eye it looks like this could be the problem:

~~~
16:52:29.271 [matroska @ 0x2148900] Timestamps are unset in a packet for stream 0. This is deprecated and will stop working in the future. Fix your code to set the timestamps properly16:52:29.531 frame=  183 fps= 21 q=-1.0 size=    3415kB time=00:00:08.58 bitrate=3273.6kbits/s throttle=off speed=0.996x    16:52:29.785 [matroska @ 0x2148900] Can't write packet with unknown timestamp
~~~

I also tried a manual conversion to the "mobile" format and that failed similarly.

Any ideas whether this is actually the problem, or what I can do about it?

My mistake, it looks like this is limited to the .mkv format.  .mp4/h264 conversions seem to work OK.

@@axxe - This will be improved in the future. Right now, choosing mp4 as container is the best choice.
