Is it possible to place the collections on the home page next to the most recent titles added?

I would like the collections to appear as a film or series that we have added.

 

I would like the collections created to appear on the home page, each collection as if it were a recently added film.

Do you want the collection to appear as recently added (a) when created, or ( b ) when anything is added to it?
