Hi,

Not sure, cause when I switch to English subtitles (I usually use French subtitles), same error occures... I'll try to completely disable subtitles, see if I get the same error.

You think it's a subtitles issue ?

Edit : same error when playing without subtitles.

I've tried quite a few things, but am not able to reproduce it.

Do you get an error message, or does it just return to the overview screen?

So from this, am I correct to assume that you have only recently started using this client (in early May)?  I'm trying to understand if this is a new problem or possibly a problem that has existed for some time.  If you have only recently started with this client, then you will not know if this is the case.

I am on a later server version, but I don't think this should be an issue.

@SamES

The playback stops and it went back to the last screen before I started the playback without any error message.

I used an older version since years, but after the issue occurs I uninstalled my older version and installed the current client. But didn't solve the issue.

So did this just start happening, or has it always been a problem?  Or have you only just started using this client on your TV?

@SamES

I started using this client yesterday, just to advance the information, the TV has already been reset in an attempt to solve the problem.
