About slowness and crashes - EmbyServer 4.4.2.0 Windows

Hi,

My EmbyServer has always been on a VPS, with the files all in the Emby standard (AAC LC 2ch mp4) that are stored on the google drive.

So I have received a lot of customer complaints about how slow the interface is to set up and some also complain about slow navigation.

The biggest problem is the complaints about the long time to start the videos (more than 2 minutes) and the worst, about crashes during playback.

So I would like to know what I can do to investigate what has happened to my EmbyServer.

Maybe delete the log files and redo the procedures for a new log to be registered?

For me there are also the same problems mentioned, accessing directly from the VPS or even through my local computer.

Thank you

Hi,

Thank you very much for your interest.

I would like to know how I can send the LOG, because the LOG that was created now far exceeds the limit size of 90MB, since it has close to 1GB (which I also see as a serious problem, an anomaly).

I tried to store the LOG in the pastebin but it was not possible due to the absurd amount of lines.

When viewing the images it will be possible to understand the problem.

I also noticed a high memory consumption (1,500 MB), much higher than normal (200/400 MB).

Edited: Oops, can I send the log to my drive and send the link here?

I compressed the LOG file and it is still attached. Please advise if it is possible that way or I await tips on how to send the LOG with more than 1GB.

Thank you

At any time and in any video.
