I added this movie and applied "Chinese Simplified" and "China" to the Library setting.

The overview was pulled, but image was not do to the fact the image has no language assigned.  You have to use Edit Image on the item in Emby and select "all languages" to get this no language to appear as a option.

But remember just because the website reflects changes, does not mean the API has receive those same changes, it takes time as these update/changes were made today.

Hmm are you sure that's the reason why?

What is your preferred image language that you've configured for the library?

My preferred image language is Chinese Simplified.

I tried again just now, and still did not get the correct information. It has been more than 18 hours since my last edit on themoviedb.

I know I currently can not reproduce this on my library set up for this language.  Unless someone else can test and see if they get different results.  The api is returning the info.  Only thing I think is normal would be images as it is not language specific.

Ok, the moviedb api is returning xx as the image language, rather than empty for null.

Normally an image with an empty language would get downloaded, but in this case due to the xx, it thinks the language is actually xx.
