When I try to install a theme many tell me that is not supported. What does this mean? need some prerequisite subjects? I installed the latest dev of MBS and MBC.

Which version of MBC are you running ??

 

Your version may not be as uptodate as is required.

If you have your plugin update set to release then thats why. There us only a beta for xenon at this time.

Yes, the plugin update was in Release. After changed to dev , the themes are available.

You shouldn't go to dev releases just to get new toys .  

 

If you want to test, fine but it doesn't sound like that's what you wanted.  Moving to dev level releases will potentially destabilize your environment and you need to be prepared for that and willing to provide debug information when things go wrong.
