Unable to identify - is TMDB down?

When trying to identify I just get the spinning wheel for a while and then the results are empty, as though it's timed out. The TMDB website itself works fine though.

 

Is this affecting everyone or just me?

The website is not the same as the API request Emby uses - so not a relevant test

 

just tested from the UK and the api is working fine for identify

Still nothing for me, so I treid restarting the server but it got stuck at the "please wait while the server restarts" message. So I shut it down from the system tray. Started it back up and got the "Server still loading, please try again later" message despite the fact that I'd already waited a couple of minutes. Now I have to reboot the whole computer, because that's the only way to resolve that error...
