Working settings for Powerdvd 20- external player

I've been using Powerdvd 18 as an external player in ET for a while now. I just upgraded to Powerdvd 20 and it 'broke' the external player functions. I played around and attached are the settings that worked for me. Now opening a mp4/mkv in ET almost instantly opens the film in Powerdvd. I'm running Windows 10 Pro 1909.

NOTE: some people say to put a check in 'run as administrator' box on the .exe. In my case that doesn't work as it does the opposite: it requires an admin password when running the program.
