Help! my server won't let me configure it

I need help with the server .... previously I installed it without any problem, I like this interface and the options that allow you to customize it to your liking, but after 2 weeks of use, the program stopped working properly, it did not allow me to enter in my library and also in the dashboard to change any of the options, after a day without making it work, I uninstalled it without deleting the settings, I reinstalled it but it still did not work ... then try a clean installation, delete everything The above of the program, I installed it properly, but it only started the first language selection window, after that it was loading a long time, frustrated I close the window and tried to open the settings from the tray icon, but it did not allow me to "connect" with the default localhost, i am with this problem like a month already and i would like to fix it

 

PS:I apologize if my English is confusing for some, I do not usually write in English since I usually speak / write in Spanish, I had to use a translator

This might be best if I help you via TeamViewer as likely something needs a bit of tweaking.  If you can install TeamViewer on your machine then I can help.  Just send me a PM here on the forum and we'll make arrangements to get this done for you ASAP.  I have some free time both today and tomorrow if this would work for you.
