Library scans not showing new episodes

Hey

Been loving using emby over plex for sometime, I made my own Emby Server on Windows with a NFS Share

been trying to scan library to show new episodes added to shows but no luck, is there something I'm missing?

Should I keep it at 12 AM although this is bad in terms of time of airing for shows.

 

Tried finding anything online but couldn't find anything.
