Some Collections won't accept new additions

I have some collections that after manual adding some titles and thinking everything is set,  i go back into theatre or metadata manager and they are still not in the collections.

 

Some of the movies are Police Academy Series and Superman series,

Maybe lock the metadata after your changes?

this is old so we should probably start over with steps to reproduce the problem
