Server crash after start on Dx11VaCodecProvider - GetCodecList

Hi, i have issue with emby server on windows. Since yesterday i cannot start emby server. Server starts and in several second crashes.

I have been using emby for years without any problems.

 

Topics about error i have from emby log.

 

In windows event log there is:
