TimeLordMovies not working properly

So, for about the last 24 hours or so, TimeLordMovies is not working properly.  Even with a forced run of the scheduled task, it's simply failing to edit/change the added on date over to the Premiered date.  I have looked at several movies in the "Recently Added" section, they all have the Premiere date in the correct spot, and when I run it, nothing happens.  Anyone know what could be causing this or how to fix it?

I can take a look, normally it’s a metadata issue, but you seem to have eliminated that as a issue, I’ll take a look as soon as work/childcare allows

No worries man, take your time, it's not that pressing at the moment... But it's definitely something strange.  I thought maybe when I changed some folder permissions on the media itself, that that may have caused it, but I went back to the previous permission state and it's still not working + the database and metadata weren't affected by the folder permissions at all...  If you need any more info, or some logs or something, let me know.

Do you have a server log showing with the issue?

 

I know it doesn't help but I am not seeing a issue with Movies or TV with the plugin adjusting the date added to premiere date.

Yes these are delevoper premium plugins, they do not fall under the supporter plugins.  There are only a hand full in the catalog, just all radeon's plugins.

I did take a look, normally I use the admin tool to manually add the licence to the user but it’s not working, I get a not allowed message, was going to try again later and if still no joy, flag it with @@ebr

i have the same problem as OP. just paid for TimeLord plug-in but my paypal email is different form my emby premiere email. can anybody tell me how to fix this? thanks
