igeoorge 26 Posted April 19, 2020 Posted April 19, 2020 Hi guys, unfortunately i am reaching the limit of devices in my account, even after an update. Need help. Is it possible to delete devices in bulk? Instead of deleting one by one, can I delete everyone who has been there for more than a week? @@ebr
Happy2Play 9783 Posted April 19, 2020 Posted April 19, 2020 But deleting devices from your Emby install has nothing to do with registered Premiere devices. Would have to search but there is a "Device List Cleaner" plugin on the forum.
igeoorge 26 Posted April 19, 2020 Author Posted April 19, 2020 So deleting devices using the emby app doesn't work? Could you pass the plugin link?
Happy2Play 9783 Posted April 19, 2020 Posted April 19, 2020 (edited) So deleting devices using the emby app doesn't work? Could you pass the plugin link? https://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/80921-new-plugin-devices-database-cleaner/ All removing devices from Dashboard-Devices does is make them re authenticate/login. It does not remove that device from registered premiere devices. Edited April 19, 2020 by Happy2Play
igeoorge 26 Posted April 19, 2020 Author Posted April 19, 2020 These devices are only connected, but they are not using. If I remove them, they will not enter immediately. So this will remove them from the premiere devices?

So this will remove them from the premiere devices? Yes they will eventually fall off your device limit but @@ebr will have to comment on how long that actually takes.
igeoorge 26 Posted April 19, 2020 Author Posted April 19, 2020 the plugin worked magically. Now I will wait for @@ebr to say how long it takes for the emby to recognize the absence of the devices. Thank you very much @@Happy2Play
maegibbons 1287 Posted April 19, 2020 Posted April 19, 2020 It takes "around" 7 days to drop off Premiere list. Assuming the device does not re-authenticate. Krs Mark A 'like' is always appreciated!
ebr 16187 Posted April 19, 2020 Posted April 19, 2020 Hi. Please see below for how the Premiere devices are managed. The devices you see on your server dashboard have no effect on Premiere devices (which could span multiple servers). Is there a limit to Emby Premiere
