Plugin e meta data issue | EmbyPackages.json timed out

Hi, thanks for your fantastic service.

I installed emby on a centos 7 server to test it but I can't download the metadata, if I do a scan it doesn't find anything and I can't even open the list of plugins.

In the dashboard I find this error

Hi there, generally this means you have something blocking the outgoing connections such as firewall, security software or vpn. Can you look into that?

I solved the problem but I don't know which of the two solutions I applied was the cause:

1. I have enabled ipv6 on the server

2. I removed the "transmission" tool that I used to download torrents directly to the server

sorry guys but after the reboot of the server it worked correctly but now the same problem again..

i don't really know what else to do .. centos version is 7 minimal and there is no firewall

I reboot and everything seems to work even if I see for example in the console I see many 404 errors of images, connectionmanager.js, http://www.chronowerks.com/time-lord.png net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT and the like, however, everything seems to work.
After a while, however, plugins and metadata suddenly stop working .. I can't understand what the problem is with this loss of external connection and these errors and 404/500 errors

I have also tried updating the kernel since 3.10.0-1062.18.1.el7.x86_64 to 5 but nothing.. I don't know what else to try .. I reboot everything works and after quite a few minutes it stops working again.

Hi, sorry if I answer only now .. I have done many tests but I continue to have problems and find several errors 400 and 500 in the console.

No, no vpn .. it's a centos7 server that I bought to test emby.

I also tried to reset the server and reconfigure everything.

I can't understand what the problem may be .. but at this moment everything seems to be working..
I want to clarify that the server is totally clean. There is only emby.

NEW UPDATE:

I believe good news.. No errors in the firefox console unlike chrome.

However at the moment no problem with catalog and destination after resetting the machine. Only those errors on chrome. Tomorrow I try to insert some media and do some tests .. we hope that the catalog and goal problem will not recur. Thanks always for everything.

Well in terms of the browser that makes it sound like a browser extension or browser setting may have been the culprit.
