Playlists on 4.4.2.0

I just noticed one of my users created a playlist for themselves and added whatever they wanted to it, however it looks like that playlist is available to everyone which I find a bit surprising.  I would of thought that if someone creates a playlist on their account for themselves, it should only be available to them.  Just wanted to ask if that is proper functionality of this feature..

Hi, this is the way that playlists currently work but we plan to revamp them in future updates to give you more control over this.

I'm pleased to see it works this way!  I was just doing some Google-Fu to see if I could create a playlist called something like "Recommended Watches" and share with everyone.  Thanks!!!!!!!
