Reloading on Fire TV

For some reason, my server is not being found on my fire TV.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but no server.  How can I put my server back on the app so that I can connect to the server?  Any thoughts?

I tried to connect to my server but it doesn't even see the server anymore from the fire stick.  I also have it on my smart TV.  I just checked on that and it see's the server but says it can't connect.  I did change the name of my server.  Would that cause the issue for not connecting?  My daughter who is in another state, is have the issue of not connecting.  Thank you in advance for your help.  Hopefully we can work this out so we can watch the movies I have.

Hi.  It sounds like something about the network environment has changed.

 

Does your server dashboard show the correct IP address for the LAN on it?

It seems to be from the dashboard.  It works on my computer but not on my smart tv or the fire stick.  I did change the name on the server from my computer id to a name.  I don't know what would have changed in the network.  Thank you in advance for your help.

Try doing a new manual connection from the apps and enter the server ip address rather than the name. Please see if that helps. thanks.
