Luke 42079 Posted April 15, 2020 Posted April 15, 2020 Hi there, can you please try removing these plugins: 2020-04-14 15:20:48.029 Info App: Loading Emby.AutoOrganize, Version=1.5.6.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null from C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\programdata\plugins\Emby.AutoOrganize.dll 2020-04-14 15:20:48.029 Info App: Loading playback_reporting, Version=1.6.10.9, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null from C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\programdata\plugins\playback_reporting.dll Then restart emby server and see if that helps. Thanks.
LindsayCole 0 Posted April 15, 2020 Author Posted April 15, 2020 Hi Luke, Thanks for the quick response. We have removed those plugins, and the problem persists. Do you need a new set of logs?
snodrog742 34 Posted April 15, 2020 Posted April 15, 2020 Yes please, thanks ! Lindsay's at work. Here's the log. You can see the high pings at the bottom and most report receiving Unable to connect errors on their side. embyserver3.txt 1
LindsayCole 0 Posted April 16, 2020 Author Posted April 16, 2020 Lindsay's at work. Here's the log. You can see the high pings at the bottom and most report receiving Unable to connect errors on their side. Thanks man!
LindsayCole 0 Posted April 16, 2020 Author Posted April 16, 2020 Yes please, thanks ! Hey Luke, was just following up to see if you have any guidance? Thanks!
Luke 42079 Posted April 18, 2020 Posted April 18, 2020 Try shutting down the Ombi software and keeping it shut down, and then see how things compare.
LindsayCole 0 Posted April 27, 2020 Author Posted April 27, 2020 Just making a note- shutting down ombi did not fix anything.
LindsayCole 0 Posted April 28, 2020 Author Posted April 28, 2020 This is now happening on another server. Separate hardware- different users. There is something wrong in an Emby build...
Luke 42079 Posted April 29, 2020 Posted April 29, 2020 Can you please attach a new log file example? Thanks.
LindsayCole 0 Posted May 3, 2020 Author Posted May 3, 2020 (edited) So, as an update: I have attached the new log. Emby software was not allowing any logins until I restarted Emby. Since the last set of logs, I have burned down the old server- replaced the hard drives (bigger SSDs), added more memory, rebuilt on Cent 8. Did not import emby settings, did a fresh build. Everything was stable for awhile, now starting to have the problem again. Please help! embyserver.txt embyserver2.txt embyserver3.txt Edited May 3, 2020 by LindsayCole
Luke 42079 Posted May 3, 2020 Posted May 3, 2020 I have corrected the inodes error. Are you still having an issue after that?
LindsayCole 0 Posted May 3, 2020 Author Posted May 3, 2020 Would it help to have any of the other logs or anything? Let me know if there is anything I can provide to make tracking this down easier.
snodrog742 34 Posted May 7, 2020 Posted May 7, 2020 (edited) Guess so Edited May 7, 2020 by snodrog742
Luke 42079 Posted May 25, 2020 Posted May 25, 2020 Can you try shutting down the Ombi software and leaving it shut down? Please see how that compares? Thanks.
