delay in sending notifications

Is it possible to add different delays in the notifications?

 

Let me explain, there are many that we want instantaneous.

but there are some like for example "movie added" that we may have to identify because it was not correctly identified.

 It would be adding a field in each notification with a delay of x see seconds
