WhoDis 1 Posted April 14, 2020 Author Posted April 14, 2020 (edited) Hi, what do you mean by not scanning? hey as you can see in the log it keeps giving error Could not find a part of the path '/mnt/unionfs/Media/TV/TV/13 Reasons Why'. and my tv show directory is empty Edited April 14, 2020 by supedup321
maegibbons 1287 Posted April 14, 2020 Posted April 14, 2020 So this is going to.be a mount or permissions issue. What user is emby running as? Have you given full access permissions to that user? What do you mean your recordings folder is empty? Do you mean is empty on disk and emby should not be finding these directories? Or empty within emby because it does not have access? Krs Mark A 'like' is always appreciated!

The files are mounted and plex also setup using cloudbox works correctly I never said recording folder is empty there seems to be some misunderstanding
maegibbons 1287 Posted April 14, 2020 Posted April 14, 2020 Ok you said "and my tv show directory is empty" Please explain Just because a directory is visible does not mean its contents are. I will leave you to it. You seem a bit snappy. Krs Mark A 'like' is always appreciated!
Luke 42078 Posted April 14, 2020 Posted April 14, 2020 hey as you can see in the log it keeps giving error Could not find a part of the path '/mnt/unionfs/Media/TV/TV/13 Reasons Why'. and my tv show directory is empty Sounds like emby server does not have permission to access the folder. have you looked into this?
