Downloading playlists to a phone

When I tap on download a playlist to my phone I am brought to this download page that looks like downloading a movie to my phone. When I set the quality to custom and try typing in .128 I get an error. 

 

 

I have Emby for Android Mobile's quality set to 128k.

 

When I click on download for a playlist shouldn't it bring you to the Emby for Android Mobile download page instead of this one?

 

Does it matter what bitrate I use in here, will it just use what Emby for Android Mobile's quality is set to instead?

Yes for music it will just end up using the setting from the app so I would just leave that at default.
