garlicpizza 0 Posted April 13, 2020 Posted April 13, 2020 I've installed the latest Emby Server (emby-server-qnap_4.4.2.0_x86_64.qpkg) for my QNAP TS-653B. When I try to open Emby from the App center, it opens a tab with <NAS-IP>:8920, which promptly fails to connect. I connected via SSH and checked the listening ports and Emby listens on 8096, where I can access it just fine. Why does this occur and how can I fix it?
Solution garlicpizza 0 Posted April 13, 2020 Author Solution Posted April 13, 2020 Seems like the QNAP stored settings from the previous setup. 8920 has previously been used as the HTTPS port, which now isn't configured yet, thus fails to connect.
