subtitles problems

hello guys

i have a seever with emby

the problems is only dvdusb and pgssub are showing when i play the movies.when i download any srt external subtitle movie start but not showing the subtitle.and another problem after downlading srt external sub and choose and start playing the movie it give me error too many errors.i try to disable hardware acceleration still the same.can u help me with that?thx

exactly.i have a lot of movies on emby

some movies has allready ddvsub or pgssub subtitles built in.but some others movie dont.

so i choose a random movie then i go to edit subtitles,then i found subtitle on open subtitles,i download it,and then play the movie.

the srt external subtitle previous download it dont work with the movie.dont appear.this is the problem.i repet this probelm onny occurs when i download external srt subtitle.
